Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. Tenant is required to sign a Pet Rental Agreement. A pet security deposit
of $250, as is a monthly rental of an additional $25/mo is also required. Landlord expects responsible pet owners and
strict adherance to the Pet Policies.
Landlord pays water, trash, and sewer on all apartments. Tenants are responsible for LG&E, cable, and internet.
